Deposit & Cancellation
Policy
Deposits
A $500 dollar per person deposit
is required to hold any seat. Final payment is due 60 days prior to trip
departure.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of Cancellation
must be submitted in writing, to the Adventures Wild office. Cancellations made more than 120 days before the scheduled trip departure will be refundable less a $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 120 days before the scheduled trip departure are not refundable. Cast & Blast trip deposits are non refundable. We reserve the right to cancel a trip if necessary due to weather, water conditions or insufficient reservations, in which case all fees would be refunded.
Date Changes
Trip date changes can be arranged provided that the desired dates have open seats. There is a $75.00 per seat changing fee that may be applied.

Adventures Wild
L.L.C., its owner, agents and employees give notice that Adventures Wild only
acts as a reservation agent for transportation and motel accommodations and
assumes no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to person or property
caused by these contractors. Adventures Wild will exercise every possible care,
but can not be held responsible for personal injury, delay, accident, sickness,
loss of personal property, natural disaster or additional expenses due to
weather or other causes beyond their control. All participants are
required to sign a release form prior to their trip.
Travel
Insurance
Adventures Wild encourages all guests to purchase Travel
Insurance. Travel Insurance protects guest should they have to cancel because
of a personal emergency, family emergency, or accident.
